Is your pizza 100% plant-based?

Yes, our pizza is 100% plant-based, from our cashew cheese down to our sausage. Many of our ingredients are made in-house so we’re proud to top them on our pizzas and serve them to you.

so, your cheese is dairy-free? What’s in it then?

Our mozzarella is cashew and and coconut oil based, and yes—it’s indeed dairy-free. If nut allergies are a concern, we do have a nut-free substitute cheese upon request.

Where do you get your dough? Tell me more about it.

We make all of our pizza doughs in-house, using local flour from Shepherd’s Grain. Our dough is naturally leavened and uses a wild yeast starter which ferments for 48-hours to maximize its potential in flavor, texture, and airiness.

Where are your tomatoes from? What’s in your sauce?

The tomatoes we use are from Northern California which we use for our red sauce that’s also made in-house. Our red sauce is simple, and only includes five ingredients: tomatoes, salt, garlic, basil, and olive oil.

Is your pizza gluten-free?

Our pizzas are not gluten-free, but we’ve been working on a gluten-free dough that’s almost ready to add to our menu and is coming sooner than you think.
