Our regular whole pies are baked in 11x17" steel baking pans and cut into 8 slices. A whole pie can feed and fulfill about 6-8 people (or 4 if you got a squad of animals).
Plain but not basic, The Plain slice is first layered with our house-made cashew mozz, and topped with YA's tomato sauce, basil, and olive oil. Also known as the upside-down Sicilian depending on where you're from.
A combo as classic as a burger and fries—The S.P.O. slice is topped with YA's tomato sauce, house-made italian “sausage”, house-pickled (hot) sweet peppers, caramelized red onions, kale, and our cashew mozz. Perfect with some chili flakes too if you're about that life.
Earthy and tasty, The Mushroom slice features our house made potato cream sauce, topped with cashew mozz, and seasonal mushrooms sautéed in garlic and thyme. Finished with some parsley because we're boujee af.
The Potato slice is topped with our house-made potato cream sauce, and shingles of sliced yukon gold potatoes, shaved sweet onions, rosemary, extra-virgin olive oil, and parsley.
